No. Bookings must be made through the Central Reservations Office who hold your membership details and profile. This information is passed on from them to the hotel.
We will do our best to provide a room for you at your preferred hotel for your prize redemption, however availability of rooms is limited and will depend on hotel, location, season and demand and we do not guarantee that accommodation is or will be available on any particular dates at any of its hotels. We will offer alternative dates or hotels so that you may redeem your prize.

Key Club points are earned on room nights that a Key Club member has booked on behalf of their traveling staff at the agreed corporate rate, whose stay has been completed Points cannot be earned on cancelled bookings, 10 Stay Free, or individual leisure Bookings.
Room night points are valid for 36 months from date of original stay
As per the Key Club Terms & Conditions any room night that is not utilised and redeemed within a 36 month period will expire. This has always been a Key Club rule since the early stages of the programme. Apologies if you were advised otherwise. ...

We appreciate your patience with room night confirmation, as you can understand there are thousands of members all entering records that have to be checked by the Key Club Team and we do our very best to have these confirmed to you within a 7 day turn around time. If you require your points to be checked urgently please don't hesitate to contact your local Key Club Coordinator.
To redeem your Key Club points please submit a Rewards Request form online.
Once the Key Club team receive your Rewards Request form we do our very best to process your request and send you your Prize Voucher within 7 days.
Key Club vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Keyclub membership begins when you sign up, only reservations from this date will be eligible to earn keyclub points.
No, from the date of stay you have 3 months to enter in your reservation to earn keyclub points. Any reservations longer than 3 months will not be eligible.
